Business Unit

Larm SBUs are organizationally complete and separate units which develop their own strategic directions.

Larm SBUs

Our SBUs foucs on product offering and market segments. SBUs typically have a specific marketing plan and advertising campaigns, even though they are part of the same legal entity.

Each SBU has an independent sales network (direct/indirect) and is managed by a dedicated Sales Manager with individual and specific sales targets. Our SBUs do not present overlapping in the product portfolio: each SBU has an homogenous and wide enough portfolio to represent a valuable supplier to any kind of Customer of the cycling industry, being it a small and specialized shop of a small city or a large organized general purpose sport chain.

Complex organizations often split themselves into divisions according to diversified matrixes and following multiple criteria (territory, product, sales channel, customer typology etc.).
The goal is to create cohesive, and homogenous entity to best fit to the market and to be lean and flexible enough to quick react to market needs.

Though they report to the Global SBUs Manager, they operate as autonomous and independent organizations, managed according to their own markets with specific and independent missions and objectives.
Larm SBUs are small enough to be flexible and proactive and large enough to exercise full control over most of the factors affecting their business.

The goal is to create cohesive, and homogenous entity to best fit to the market and to be lean and flexible enough to quick react to market needs.
